Originally built for J Mascis of Dinosaur Jr, the Octavus Maximus was designed at J's request for a smaller version of the RonSound Stone Machine for easier placement on his pedalboard.
Housed in a smaller 125B-sized chassis, the Octavus Maximus features an always on Octave Up effect adjustable with the Volume and Tone controls, with the Sustain control located inside and adjustable via a trimpot. All jacks are located at the top of the pedal for even better cable control.
